In 1939 RadioPlane produced the OQ-2, the first mass-produced UAV—or drone—in United States history. But the company is better known for an assembly line workers at its plant in Van Nuys, California, in 1944, Norma Jeane Dougherty. In 1956 she changed her name to Marilyn Monroe.
